Battlestate Games has announced a collaboration with Team Soda, which will result in a crossover event between Escape from Tarkov and the Escape from Duckov project. The collaboration will run until February 24, 2026 and will offer content for both games. During the event, Steam users will be able to purchase the standard edition bundle of Escape from Tarkov and Escape from Duckov with a 20% discount.
Escape from Tarkov will feature a themed quest chain, new crafting recipes, and additional elements for personalizing your shelter. The list of available supplies will be replenished with a new food product – canned duck pate. In turn, Escape from Duckov will offer players battles with familiar characters from the Tarkov universe on a new map, as well as a system of mounts and festive content dedicated to the partnership of the two studios.
In addition to the joint event, Escape from Tarkov players can expect the following:
- The Steam Rich Presence feature has been integrated, displaying the level, faction and current status of the player in the Steam friends list.
- The game season changed to “Early Spring”, which entailed a visual update of locations in accordance with the weather conditions of the transition period.
- The in-game store has been replenished with new sets of clothes, adapted to the spring climate. Operatives of the BEAR PMC now have access to an anorak in the “Blob” camouflage pattern and “Gorka” trousers, and USEC fighters have access to the USMC Arctic parka and trousers in the Snow MARPAT color scheme.
Among other things, the developers are preparing a gift in honor of the Lunar New Year, information about which will appear in players’ personal accounts on February 16, 2026.
