Whitemoon Games has announced a major update for turn-based MMORPG Broken Ranks, which will add a new Trials of the Lodge mode. Its launch is scheduled for December 16, 2025.
Trials of the Lodge is a stand-alone mode with roguelike elements that challenges players to battle in ever-changing environments. Each attempt will be different due to the random generation of maps, a variable set of enemies and unpredictable effects that affect the progress of the passage. Gameplay will require new tactical decisions, and the choice between battles will be as important as the battles themselves.
They promise to maintain interest in the mode with weekly progress resets and a constant leveling system. This will allow players to become stronger both inside and outside the mode. For participation, players will receive valuable rewards. According to the creators, “Lodge Tests” should become a platform for ambitious challenges and tactical experiments in constantly changing conditions.
