Pearl Abyss has summed up the results of its participation in the South Korean gaming exhibition G-Star 2024. Over four days, about 5,000 people were able to play a demo version of the expected action game Crimson Desert. Users were not frightened even by the huge queue, in which they had to wait up to two and a half hours.
To demonstrate the game, one of the largest areas at the exhibition was prepared: 100 computers and a stand with a video demonstration of gameplay. Visitors, influencers and media representatives highly appreciated the technological capabilities of the BlackSpace Engine, the development of which Pearl Abyss is directly responsible for. In addition, the deep combat system, which allows you to perform various tricks, received a lot of praise.
Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure game with lots of action. The main story will unfold around the Gray Mane mercenary squad and their fight against a variety of opponents. The game’s release is scheduled for the first half of 2025 for PC and consoles.
