Remedy Entertainment has postponed the release date of the psychological horror Alan Wake 2. Fortunately, the postponement was not so significant. The game will be released not on October 17, 2023, as previously announced, but on October 27, 2023, that is, 10 days later.
The reason for this delay, according to the developers, is that there are a lot of expected games coming out in October:
“October is an amazing month for game launches, and we hope this rescheduling allows everyone to enjoy their favorite games,” Remedy Entertainment said in a statement. We can’t wait to show you what everyone’s favorite novelist is up to in The Dark Place. [на Gamescom 2023] next week. Thank you for your patience!”
Alan Wake 2 is being developed for PC and the current generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The PC version will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store.
