Thus, the two gameplay modes are closely interconnected and complement each other, and the chaos mission serve as an effective way to extract resources and prepare for dynamic battles.
Mental exhaustion system
One of the features of Chaos Zero Nightmare is a mental exhaustion system. As the agents penetrate deeper into chaos, the longer they are there and the more damage they get in battle, the more their stress accumulates. If a certain threshold is exceeded, the character is included in the critical state of injury, called mental exhaustion. Depending on the individual injuries of each character, various types of mental exhaustion are manifested, which leads to fines when using cards.
However, this system also offers tactical possibilities. At certain points, mental exhaustion can be wrapped in your favor.
