Jackal Squad is now on Google Play, a top-down action game with pretty old school gameplay. An early version is now available.
If you miss 16-bit times, it’s time to check out Jackal Squad. This is an arcade game where we ride a jeep and destroy enemy infantry, buildings and tanks. Music and graphics are old-school, and you don’t even need to shoot, because the gameplay is vertical. The gameplay is divided into missions, during operations you can get a maximum of three medals. For them we get materials, although more rare items are obtained after passing on high difficulty.
The Jackal Squad developers say there are over 200 levels in the game. They also added online and offline modes, although there are no social features, you can simply play without an Internet connection. You can also upgrade your car, because with each level the enemies become stronger.
This is not the first project of the publisher OneSoft Globa. Before that, he released a rather successful Space Shooter, the rest of the games resemble Mario clones.
