From the first days of new Apple smartphones, iPhone 12 users have been complaining about a very annoying problem – wireless charging is unstable. It can turn off at the most inopportune moment.
Rebooting the smartphone saves, but only for a while – after a day or two, the problem with disconnecting charging returns. The author of the 9to5Mac resource drew attention to the situation.
One 9to5Mac reader reported that he could get a response from an Apple official in the support service in an online chat. An Apple employee confirmed that the company is aware of the problem and is already working on a fix. Based on the employee’s answer, the wireless charging issue will be resolved in an upcoming iOS update.
