“Every legend has its beginning.” This is how Riot Games presents its animated series on League of Legends. Called Arcane, the trailer has already received 290,000 views. We’ll see two familiar League champions: Piltover and Zaun. Arcane has a 14+ age rating, just like League of Legends, although Riot promises to cover some pretty mature issues. It was originally planned to release Arcane in 2020, but due to the pandemic, it was postponed to the end of 2021. By the way, the premiere will be on the Netflix platform, just like DOTA: Blood.

The animated series will be released in honor of the 10th anniversary of League of Legends. The graphics are handled by Fortiche Productions, which has previously worked with Riot Games on the band’s music videos. K / DA… Among other Champions, one should expect Jinx, who managed to become the face of League of Legends: Wild Rift.

In the story, we will be told not only about the formation of Piltover and Zaun, but also about the formidable forces that threw them on opposite sides of the barricades.
