Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Guide – Where to Find Animus Anomalies

4 18 Assassin's Creed Valhalla Guide - Where to Find Animus Anomalies

We tell you where to look for Animus anomalies and give advice on how to get through them.

Anomalies are platform puzzles found in the world of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Eivor’s model is changed to Layla’s model when they are completed, and successfully completing all the anomalies will allow you to learn a little more about the game’s lore.

These anomalies are scattered across England, marked on the map with blue icons and visible from afar: if you see that objects seem to be “buggy”, you should know that you have an anomaly in front of you.

Here are some tips for passing:

  • Look around and assess the situation. Puzzles always have only one solution, and often it’s pretty obvious.
  • Don’t be afraid to fall down: you don’t have to climb the blocks again – Layla will appear in the place where she fell from.
  • Avoid the red barriers: upon contact with them, you will return to the previous checkpoint.
  • Gray blocks must be activated using beacons with beams coming out of them. Get close to the lighthouse and aim it at the desired block.
  • Act fast, don’t hesitate, especially in trials with moving red barriers.
