Bethesda has partnered with AMD to work on the optimization and integration of FSR2 technology into the space RPG Starfield. FSR2 works on all graphics cards, but it is inferior to the DLSS technology on NVIDIA cards, and fans reacted negatively to such a partnership.
Thanks to the start of the preload of the game, dataminers confirmed the lack of support for NVIDIA DLSS and Intel XeSS. But modders have already announced that they will add DLSS 2 and 3 on the first day of Early Access, September 1st.
The lack of support for DLSS and XeSS is not the only thing dataminers found: we previously wrote about the leak of game achievements, and Reddit published screenshots of the game’s main menu and a list of video files demonstrating magical abilities.
