As you progress through the story constantly switches between two characters that are not related to each other. The first hero is an ordinary private of the US Marine Corps named Miller. Through his eyes, we will be given all the horrors of the war with the Japanese, and only in one mission of the American campaign will we have to control another hero: Locke, a professional machine gunner, who is part of a special forces unit called Black Cats. In the Soviet campaign Call of Duty World at War, the protagonist is Dmitry Petrenko, an ordinary red army. There are 15 missions independent of each other in the main storyline, and players can complete each of them if they decide to download the torrent from this page.

It all starts with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, after which the United States became involved in the Second World War. Then we are moved forward a year, after which they show the events of the raid on Makin Atoll. A group of American reconnaissance soldiers was spotted by opponents, after which they are taken prisoner. Then we will be shown such famous battles as the landing on the island of Peleliu and the attack of the American army on Okinawa. At the same time, the Soviet campaign begins with the Battle of Stalingrad, which has become the most bloody and cruel in the entire military history of mankind. After that, the player is immediately transferred to 3 years ahead, when the Soviet army was already on the outskirts of Berlin. It is necessary to plan and carry out the last operation, after which the long-awaited day of victory will come. Of course, some may not like such an episodic approach to the events taking place, but the developers did not have a goal – to show each of the battles of the Second World War in full detail.

main characters

All Call of Duty World at War characters are divided into 2 campaigns (American and Soviet), they fight on different front lines, and therefore never meet each other:

• Private Dmitry Petrenko is the main character of the Soviet missions. A native Muscovite, has been taking part in military battles since the Battle of Moscow.
• Sergeant Viktor Reznov is a close friend of the protagonist, leads several of the soldiers and gives them orders.
• Private Chernov, an ideological pacifist, kept a military diary, the pages from which make up the plot of the Russian campaign.
• Private Miller is the protagonist of the American campaign, whom we meet for the first time in Japanese captivity.
• Sergeant Major Locke is a machine gunner, which we will control during the passage of one of the missions.
• Heinrich Amsel is a general of the Nazi army, one of the main villains of the game.
