The Call of Myth card game has appeared on Steam and Google Play. So far, this is a demo version, but with a Russian interface. The game is built on the horrors of Lovecraft, and mechanically it tries to move away from Hearthstone and the like.
While Blizzard is adding a roguelike mode to Hearthstone, indie studio Kadath has released a Call of Myth demo for smartphones and PCs. This is also a CCG, which is built a little differently than Hearthstone or Gwent. For example, the squad leader does not have much health, about two or three HP. To save it, you need to arrange the cards so that they “block” the path of the enemy cards.
Interestingly, in Call of Myth, you can not only move your card onto the field in one move, but also attack your opponent with it. As for the other elements, this project is not so different from Hearthstone as it seems at first glance. That is, we and the enemy have a “face” on which victory or defeat depends. The warlord has a unique ability for his class with a cooldown, and energy (local mana) is spent on various actions.
