KOG Games is set to reboot the multiplayer Action RPG with a side-scrolling Grand Chase. The game was canceled in 2015 after 15 years of support and will return shortly under the name Grand Chase Classic.
In a conversation with Korean portal Inven, a KOG Games representative confirmed that this is not a new game or an improved version of the original. For this reason, it is not worth waiting for some gameplay and graphical improvements – the project will look exactly the same as it did at the time of closing.
Until July 6th, you can apply to participate in the upcoming Grand Chase Classic Closed Beta. To do this, go to the game page on Steam and click on the green button “Request access”. The CBT stage itself starts in July, and a full release is expected in August.
