One early access member of Throne and Liberty said in a Steam review that was later posted on Reddit that he was kicked out of the guild because he was unable to play on the second day due to having to go to work. This attitude resonated with other players who faced similar situations. One of the commentators under the nickname EmzysErock said that he was also expelled from the guild after he missed a game day due to evacuation due to a fire at a nearby factory.
As online discussions indicate, such situations are not uncommon in Throne and Liberty. Many guilds have strict requirements for their members, including minimum online time, which sometimes reaches six or seven hours a day. Some players are kicked out of groups for not knowing boss mechanics, which causes irritation among more experienced members who want to play quickly and efficiently.

Some guilds, such as Filthy Casuals, are made up of players over 30 who prefer a more relaxed game while focusing on their families and work.
