Studio 1M Bits Horde has revealed the release date for a role-playing game with elements of construction and survival called Nested Lands. The game will appear in early access on PC this month, January 23, 2026, and will be distributed through Steam, Epic Games Store And GOG. A console version is expected along with a full release, which will take place approximately 6 months later.
During early access, the developers of Nested Lands promise to regularly release updates that will expand the plot and also introduce new biomes, creatures, resources, and more. In addition, the game will have one additional island and several important characters will be added.
Nested Lands is a dark multiplayer RPG with elements of construction and survival, transporting players to a harsh world crippled by a merciless plague and madmen filling the wasteland. Starting your journey literally from the dirt, you must lay the foundation of a new civilization, gathering survivors around you and turning them into a close-knit settlement. In this game, you act not just as a fighter, but also as a leader who will have to give orders to peasants, distribute resources and erect dozens of types of buildings, from farms to powerful defensive structures, to protect your people from hunger, cold and enemy raids.
The gameplay of Nested Lands forces the player to constantly balance between personal development and the well-being of the village, where a lack of medicine can be more dangerous than the enemy’s sword. The world here is dynamic and brutal, as changing seasons, harsh weather and random events constantly test your readiness to survive. Every action you take builds a reputation that echoes throughout the area. You can decide for yourself whether you will become a wise ruler who has earned popular recognition, or a tyrant whose name inspires only horror. You can explore this world either alone or in co-op mode
