The developers of the mobile multiplayer first-person shooter Payday: Crime War announced the closure of the project. The servers will be shut down next week, October 10, 2023, after which the game will become unavailable. There is no information about the return of real funds spent.
To make the final week of play as enjoyable as possible, all players have been awarded 100,000 gold to use as they wish. Additionally, Crime Passes and safes are available at a significantly reduced cost.
The authors did not specify the reason for the closure of Payday: Crime War, but it is easy to guess that it is due to the low popularity of the game. Let us remind you that the global release of the project took place only four months ago, on July 6, 2023.
