Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty how to find all terminals Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty - how to find all terminals and get all relic points

Among other exciting new additions, Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion introduces a new Relic skill tree that offers enhanced melee capabilities, upgrades to cyber weapons, and useful abilities for stealth enthusiasts. The catch is that you can unlock all these new skills only with the help of special relic points, of which there are a limited number in the game. In this article we will tell you how to get them.

There are 9 terminals to be found in a new area called Dog Town, each of which rewards you with 1 Relic Point needed to unlock perks. However, these terminals are not so easy to detect. You may come across them while exploring the world if you pay attention to the strange little icons on the map, but if you don’t notice them, you’ll miss out on the chance to make your character even stronger and deadlier. To prevent this from happening, we advise you to carefully read the information below.

Locations of all limited data terminals in Phantom Liberty

Relic points are opened by interacting with special terminals that are scattered throughout Dog City. Their location is not initially indicated, but when you are near one of them, a corresponding gray symbol will appear on the map. As you approach the terminal, you will hear a beep and see a glowing yellow box. Next, we will tell you exactly where each of them is located.

Terminal No. 1. IBM Petrochem Stadium

This is where you will find yourself when you first enter Dog Town. This formerly luxurious football stadium is now a black market. Walk past the vendor stalls and head to the north end of the stadium. There you will find a terminal behind the football players statue.

Terminal 2. Golden Pacific Tower (apartments)

Walk northwest from the huge pyramid-shaped building and you’ll see an old apartment complex. There are steps leading up to the second floor to the air bridge where the terminal is located.

Terminal 3. Golden Pacific Tower (destroyed building)

Go around the pyramid along the overpass and move south. You will see a destroyed building, which can be reached along the slope. Another terminal can be found at the top of the ledge.

Terminal 4. Luxor Spa & Wellness Center / Voodoo Boys Camp

In this area you will see an abandoned building, but this is not entirely true. In fact, there are a lot of gangsters from the Voodoo Boys group here. Here the terminal is also located near an air bridge leading to a neighboring building.

As you’ve probably already guessed, this is a hostile zone with heavily armed guards, so be careful. Moreover, here you will even meet a boss named Ayo Zarin, for killing whom you will receive an iconic weapon – an ax called Agau.

Terminal No. 5. Under the bridge

After meeting Solomon Reed during the mission “Lucretia, My Reflection” under the bridge, he will ask you to get into his car. Before doing this, we advise you to check the nook with graffiti on the wall.

Terminal 6. Cress Street Vault

After leaving the Cress Street shelter, take the elevator down. The terminal is located in an alley next to the building.

Terminal 7. Abandoned parking lot

Walk south from the shelter on Cress Street and you will see a multi-storey car park. Go up to the top level of the garage and you will find a terminal there next to one of the wrecked cars.

Terminal 8. Barghest Base

From the Cress Street hideout, follow the alley west until you see a narrow path with the emblem of the local faction, the Barghest. The inside of this building leads to their base and thus to another firefight.

Go through the tunnel to the engine room. To the left is a control room with a locked door with Hack 14. You can also get there through the missing metal grate in the floor. The terminal is located inside the control room.

Terminal No. 9. Spaceship Exhibition Hall

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty - Terminal Spaceship Exhibition Hall

Get to the fast travel point “Terra Cognita”, which is located in the southern part of Dog Town. There you will see a large building with a spaceship exhibition hall, which was also chosen by mercenaries. Defeat all enemies and then go up the escalator and check the room on the left to find the final Relic Terminal.

In the Phantom Liberty DLC you can get even more Relic Points (6 more to be exact), but they are only unlocked as you progress through the main story.
