Downfall: Redux is a dark adventure game from Harvester Games, based on the mechanics of a survival simulator and diluted with puzzles, battles and hidden objects. The developers tell a terrible story: a married couple from a bustling American city, in an attempt to refresh their relations, moved to a neighboring state – in the backwoods for a weekend in an unnamed hotel.

The trip began in a positive way – the heroes shared their emotions, enjoyed the sunlight and the upcoming impressions. But 3-4 hours later, the sky turned gray, and life began to hang in the balance … The plot in the adventure game is built on the classic pillars of the horror genre: we are talking about the strange inhabitants of the hotel, and the missing wife, and bloody smudges on walls, and mysticism spreading in all directions.
