Sub Rosa is an experimental multiplayer indie project with a first-person shooter as its main element, but also strategy and role-playing elements. The release of the first version of the game took place in March 2021, and the closing of early access and the release of a full-fledged client with additional mechanics and improvements are planned for the second quarter of 2022.

The game is made in a deliberately simplified low-poly style, but features advanced shooting, driving and ragdoll physics. In Sub Rosa, the player is waiting for an open and crime-filled world where he and his comrades will have to unite in order to make deals, increase influence and capital, and if it doesn’t work out, engage in gunfights or run away in a car. In terms of the spirit of the gameplay, many players compare Sub Rosa with the first Mafia.

In early access, no Russian servers and interface were announced for the project, however, with stable online, they may appear on the full release date. Also in the future, the developers announce the introduction of new game modes and minor “cosmetic” improvements – the introduction of more detailed customization of characters, weapons, cars, etc.
