Wayward is a pixelated sandbox with survival simulator mechanics and RPG elements that influence the way you interact with the virtual universe. It is not at all necessary to jump on every enemy with a sharpened blade – the developers from the Unlok studio allow you to make friends with predators and local inhabitants and even make allies, but the slightest mistake will very soon lead to war.

The world in the sandbox is generated according to a random scenario in the manner of Minecraft: resources, blocks, mines and gurgling lava – it is impossible to imagine in advance what decorations will appear around the main character. And that means that every time you have to prepare for the worst: lack of supplies, hunger and cold. But that makes the passage more fun – life is irreversible and always hangs in the balance!

The developers did not foresee a plot narration, as well as secondary assignments: 90% of the time you have to wander around, collect resources, craft equipment and gain experience for almost every action. With the growth of levels, the hero will become stronger, master new technologies and become one step closer to the dream – to return from the island to his native land.
