During the PAX East 2023 event, the developers of jRPG Final Fantasy XVI revealed a lot of interesting things. First of all, they have released a new World of Valisthea gameplay trailer which, as the title suggests, shows off the world of Valistea where the game takes place. You can see how the main character Clive Rosfield travels through various locations such as desert, mall, forest, abandoned ruins, city and so on.
In addition to the trailer, the developers showed a total of 23 minutes of new gameplay. Square Enix employees during the exhibition presented real gameplay footage, accompanied by comments. You can see the combat system with the use of abilities, live gameplay and the battle of two eikons.

Final Fantasy XVI will release on June 22, 2023. The game will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive for at least six months.
