Gamexcite studio showed for the first time what the turn-based card strategy Asterix & Obelix: Heroes, announced in May 2023, will look like. The developers published several screenshots and also presented the first gameplay video, which is only 15 seconds long.
Asterix & Obelix: Heroes is a turn-based strategy card game that allows players to experience the new adventures of Asterix and Obelix. Julius Caesar again threatens Gaul, intending to take possession of the mythical sword of Toutatis, capable of subjugating all the Gauls to his will. The main characters go on a journey to 6 iconic places in the comic book series to stop him. You can assemble a team of 24 heroes, each of whom has unique abilities, and also create your own builds from various cards.
Asterix & Obelix: Heroes will be released on October 5, 2023 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
