Publishers Koei Tecmo and Akatsuki Games have announced a new free project in the Atelier universe. The game is called Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Liberator of the Polar Night and is scheduled for release in 2023 for PC (Steam) and iOS and Android mobile devices. At the moment, the release is announced only in Japan. The development is carried out by the Gust studio, known for the main parts of the series.
Now on official website there is an option to pre-register for the Japanese version of Atelier Resleriana to receive various rewards after launch. You can do this through Google Play, Twitter and Line (apparently, a subscription to social networks is also taken into account). In the future, there will also be a page in the App Store.
Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Liberator of the Polar Night is a “cinematic alchemy RPG” set in the kingdom of Lantana, which thrived on alchemy a long time ago. However, since then it has faded and been forgotten in the memory of people. The main character Rezna dreams of spreading the forgotten alchemy in the world again. Her adventure begins with her journeying to the legendary land of the Ultimate Continent, where, according to legend, the clues she seeks are found. There are no gameplay details at this time.
