Frostpunk 2 received its first major patch 1.1.0, almost 6 GB in size

The first major update 1.1.0 has been released for the city-building survival simulator Frostpunk 2, the size of which is almost 6 GB. In it, the developers focused on improving the gameplay based on player feedback. The game added a setting for scrolling along the edges of the screen, the ability to cancel construction and the process of ice breaking, as well as color selections for different areas of the city.

The game now has the ability to configure autosave: you can turn it off completely or change the frequency. The capabilities of exploring and viewing the map have also been expanded – the camera range has been improved, which will allow for better planning of territory development.

The Frostpunk 2 developers paid attention to optimization, which led to improved performance and a number of bug fixes. In addition, the update includes balancing generators, improving visual elements, updating the interface and introducing a number of fixes to the game mechanics.
