Rockstar has revealed a trailer with gameplay from the reissue of the GTA trilogy. Characters and surroundings have changed, although everything remains recognizable.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition has got a trailer, where we were shown some gameplay and cinematics. It is noticeable that the developers have worked not only on textures and models, but also on lighting. For example, now at night even in Grand Theft Auto III “the devil will break his leg” and it looks very lamp-like.
The reissue of the trilogy will be released on consoles of the past and next generation, and even on the Nintendo Switch. For the PC version, you will most likely have to download the Rockstar Games launcher. The digital version will be released on November 11th and the physical version on December 7th. The publisher says that in Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy, the controls will be similar to GTA V, and the lighting, shadows, weather and reflections have been redesigned from scratch. This means that the information from the previous news was true. By the way, in this post the developers are talking about changes in radio stations, that is, we will be able to hear new tracks.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy is made on the Unreal Engine. Now opened for reprint official site… And yes, if you have an Xbox Game Pass subscription, you can try the trilogy without overpayments right after the release. As for the mobile release, there are no specific dates yet and we are waiting for 2022.
