The developers of the turn-based RPG Honkai: Star Rail presented a trailer for a heroine named Fu Xuan, who should soon appear in the game. The video, titled “The Merciless All-Seeing Eye,” shows us how the head of the Divination Commission sees into the future, and we also get to see her abilities in a cinematic style.
Fu Xuan is a five-star Quantum-type character who follows the conservation path. Her abilities are as follows:
- Supernova explosion (Basic Attack) – Deals small quantum damage to the targeted enemy.
- Known by the stars, indicated by the heart (Skill) – Activates the Foresight Matrix, which transfers damage received by her allies to Fu Xuan. Also increases max. HP and crit. chance for all allies.
- Uniting the Nation’s Grief (Superpower) – Deals quantum damage to all enemies and increases the number of triggers of Fu Xuan’s talent.
- Adversity Breeds Grace (Talent) – While Fu Xuan is able to fight, the damage taken by all allies is reduced. When HP is low, it automatically restores its HP depending on the lost percentage of HP. This effect can have up to 2 triggers.
