On July 29th, smartphone manufacturer Huawei announces the Huawei P50 line. From inside information, the P50 will become “camera phones”. Before the announcement of the edition GSMArena reported that the P50 will be launched around the world, and not just in the Middle Kingdom. The information may not be accurate because GSMArena refers to a Huawei representative in Finland.

The P50 will use lenses from Leica. Also yesterday we announced that these camera phones will transmit real colors both in the photo and in the video. All thanks to the custom Sony IMX80 lens, which may be the first 1-inch camera to take pictures at 50 megapixels.

Three models are expected in the lineup: P50, P50 Pro and P50 Pro +. The vanilla version will have a triple camera with Sony IMX707, Sony IMX600 lenses and a 3x telephoto zoom lens. The Pro and Pro + versions have a quad camera with the legendary Sony IMX800 lens at the head of the table. Another advantage of Proshek is 100W charging. For China, the Kirin 9000 chipset will be delivered, for the rest of the world – the Snapdragon 888.
