XD Entertainment has unveiled a new season of isometric RPG Torchlight: Infinite called The City of Aeterna. It will begin on September 7, 2023 and will be accompanied by a major update that will bring with it a lot of new content.
First of all, a new type of content will appear in the game – the City of Aeterna. Players will have to complete tasks with a timer and light the candelabra to receive the Marks of the Ruin. They allow you to activate various points scattered around the world map. When the map is fully completed, you will be able to enter the city of Aeterna to receive rewards.
Joining the roster of characters is Forsaken Iris, a Spirit Mage from another world who can summon a ghostly team to fight alongside her. Unlike other summoned minions, they can level up along with the heroine, leveling up, unlocking talents, and using equipment. Iris can be obtained with the Battle Pass.
In addition, the update will add a new seasonal boss, The Lone King of Aeterna, a new Flame of Pleasure hero trait for Gemma, as well as changes to crafting, easier obtaining of legendary weapons, and improved balance.
