Vela Games has decided to change the name of the isometric co-op Action RPG Evercore Heroes due to the recent change in genre. From now on, the game will be known as Evercore Heroes: Ascension. According to the authors, such changes have occurred in order to better reflect the new direction in which they are working. Let us remind you that the team previously abandoned the competitive 4v4v4 format, focusing on a cooperative game for three people.
The studio also admitted that it has not yet decided on the date for the next playtest of Evercore Heroes: Ascension. Now they want to work on some of the features that players talked about during previous testing before opening the next one. Registration is still open on the game page at Steam.
By the way, the new gameplay trailer for Evercore Heroes: Ascension was promised to be released on September 19, 2024.
