Krafton Korean company announced the purchase of the North American Studio Eleventh Hour Games, responsible for developing the popular action-RPG Last Epoch. The amount of the transaction amounted to approximately 95.97 million US dollars.
Thanks to this deal, Krafton plans to strengthen its position in the global market, expand the portfolio of its franchises and support Last Epoch on the way to long -term development. The developers of the game will continue to work in the previous composition, retaining the leadership. The immediate plans are to access the console and strengthen the seasonal content model. Krafton promises to provide comprehensive support, including infrastructure, global publication and advertising of the game.
Eleventh Hour Games was founded in 2018 by a group of developers enthusiastic about the action genre-RPG. Their debut game Last Epoch officially released in 2024 and quickly gained popularity thanks to an intuitive, but deep system of skills and worked out. Since then, more than 3 million copies have been sold, and recent updates have significantly increased online and players’ activity. Today, the project is considered one of the most promising games of the genre.

Meanwhile, Last Epoch developers are engaged in the development of the third season of Beneath Ancient Skies, whose release is scheduled for August 21, 2025.
