The Assassin’s Creed Games series has become the face of Ubisoft and has been profitable for many years thanks to a variety of projects. Insider Tom Henderson decided to collect all the future games that are known at the moment in one road map. As it turned out, in the list there are already six projects at a variety of development stages.
However, it is worth remembering that the franchise has recently been going through strange times: transferring the release dates of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the transfer of the rights of a new subsidiary, delay in development and even cancellation. Therefore, it is not a fact that all games from the list will get to the release below.
So, what kind of Assassin’s Creed franchise games does Ubisoft develop:
- Jade – The game Assassin’s Creed, the action of which takes place in China. It is assumed that this will be the next game of the series.
- Invictus – The working name of the project based on the Assassin’s Creed collaboration and the Royal Battle of Fall Guys, in which players will participate in matches of 16 people. If Invictus corresponds to internal expectations, the game will receive five -year support and regular content updates.
- Obsidian – Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag remake, which is developed on the new Anvil engine. It is expected that Obsidian will come out at about the same time as Invictus.
- Hexe (previously known as Neo) is planned to be released after the end of the two -year support of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Hexe itself will be supported by updates for about a year.
- Scarlet – Ice large RPG after Shadows, which will come out after completing HEXE support. Henderson could not accurately determine what kind of game it was, but she was already given “green light”, and the development began. An insider suggests that it can be the former Assassin’s Creed Nebula, which will take place in India, Mediterranean and the Aztec empire.
- Stardut – The second remake that will go into production after the release of Obsidian. It is currently unclear which game will be reprinted.
- Emerald – A multiplayer game with a five -year support plan, if the project comes out and meets the internal expectations of developers. The game will be released shortly after Stardust (within a couple of months). This can be a PVE game, previously known under the code name RAID, or other multiplayer project, under the code name Echoes. It seems that at least one of these games has already been canceled.
- RPG3 – At present, it does not have a certain code name, developers or topics teams, but its release is scheduled after two years of SCARLET support.
- Remake3 – It also does not have a specific name, developer or original game, but it is assumed that it will be a remake that will come out about a year after the RPG3.
The insider suggests that if there are no serious horseshoes, and the leadership will not cancel the development, then all these projects may be released by 2031.
