Studio Sandbox Interactive boasted just two achievements of its MMORPG with elements of the sandbox Albion Online. First of all, it became known that on April 2, 2023, the project broke its own record for the number of active players. On that day, a total of over 300,000 active users were registered on the servers. For comparison, the previous record was 271,000 in March 2021.
The maximum online rate was also the highest in the history of Albion Online. Only 25,833 people played simultaneously through Steam, which, as the developers noted, is only a small part of the total. True, they did not disclose the exact indicator of the total online.
