The developers of the fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 have announced the exact date of the closed beta testing. This stage will begin on August 18 and will last for four days, until August 21. Only PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S owners who have pre-ordered will be able to participate.
The Mortal Kombat 1 beta will include six playable fighters such as Liu Kang, Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage, Kenshi, Kitana, and Li Mei. In addition, four cameo characters will appear: Kano, Sonya, Jax and Frost. Players will be able to fight in two arenas, Tea House and Johnny Cage Mansion, as well as take part in 1 vs 1 multiplayer mode and Klassic Towers single player mode.
Earlier it became known that the first set of Kombat Pack 1 will add to the game the crossover characters Homelander, Peacekeeper and Omni-man, as well as Quan Chi, Yermak and Takeda from the previous parts of the series.
