The organizers of the gaming exhibition G-Star announced that in 2023 the event will be the largest in its history. There are currently 3250 booths (2386 for B2C and 864 for B2B). The main sponsor is WeMade, which is also the largest stand organizer.
This year, NCsoft returns to the exhibition, which plans to organize one of the largest sections of the exhibition. Pearl Abyss, Krafton, WeMade, Neowiz, Smilegate, Kakao Games, Netmarble, Webzen, Gravity, Epic Games, AMD are also announced. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not known which projects will be shown by developers and publishers. You can see the location of the stands at the links: 1st floor, 2nd floor.
This year, the organizers will hold a “Subcultural Game Festival” (서브컬처 게임 페스티벌), which will include collectible RPGs (including gacha games), since the demand for this particular genre is very high in South Korea.
G-Star 2023 will be held from November 16 to 19 in the South Korean city of Busan. In addition to the visitor exhibition, the G-CON 2023 developer conference will take place on November 16 and 17.
