A month after the release on PC, the party role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3 has reached the PlayStation 5. Now owners of Sony consoles will be able to appreciate the new product, which has gained incredible popularity on Steam. The PlayStation 5 version includes all the changes and fixes that were made on PC in previous patches.
Baldur’s Gate 3 already supports cross-save between PC and PlayStation 5, so if you bought the game on both platforms, you can easily switch between them without losing progress. However, the cross-platform multiplayer feature will be added later, as the developers did not have time to implement it.
Recall that the game will be released on the Xbox Series X|S before the end of 2023. However, the Xbos Series S version will not support split-screen.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is the sequel to the cult classic RPG series, set over 100 years after the events of Baldur’s Gate 2. Players will again have to assemble a squad and return to the Forgotten Realms, where they will find a story of friendship and betrayal, survival and self-sacrifice. The game supports cooperative play in a group of up to four people.
