The isometric action RPG Last Epoch has launched The Imperial Uprising event, which will last until October 20, 2024. Players can expect new enemies, systems, and gameplay changes. One of the key innovations was the new type of undead, Loyalist Undead. These enemies will appear in game areas in both Cycles and Legacy modes, online and offline. Each of them has unique modifiers available that make their battles even more interesting.
By participating in the event, players will be able to receive special in-game rewards, including unique cosmetic items. However, progress tracking will only be available to those playing online.
Also introduced into the game are Loot Lizards, a new type of enemy that will try to escape from the player, scattering items and materials in their path. If the player manages to reduce the lizard’s health to zero, it will drop all its loot and quickly disappear underground.
In addition, the developers have added a priority system for storage tabs, which will automate the sorting of items. There were also improvements to the Bazaar. Players will now be able to more accurately search for items with the required characteristics and affixes, thanks to an updated filtering system. New search and filter panels are also adapted to work with gamepads and save filter settings. For more flexible game setup, new interface scaling options have been introduced on PC and Steam Deck. Now you can customize the display of tooltips, skill panels, and other interface elements to suit your preferences.
The size of dungeons has been reduced by 30%, and the number of obstacles has been reduced to make dungeons more dynamic. Fixed various issues with the generation of random events in dungeons, such as shrines and bosses.
With the launch of the Last Epoch event, the Cycle was updated, so all seasonal characters were transferred to Legacy.
