PEOPLE CAN Fly announced Lost Rift Survival simulator on Unreal Engine 5

PEOPLE CAN Fly studio, known for Painkiller, Outriders and participation in the development of the first parts of the Gears of War, announced its new project called Lost Rift. This is a survival simulator on Unreal Engine 5, combining a single or cooperative PVE-gimple with PVPVE expeditions. The game will be in the early access stage later in 2025 and will spread through Steam.

Early access to Lost Rift will last about 12 months. At the start, the game will include all basic content, and developers plan to expand it to the release, adding new biomes, attractions, gaming mechanics, weapons, trophies, craft items, building materials and enemies.

Lost Rift is a first -person shooter with elements of survival, in which players have to settle on the archipelago full of dangers. On PVE-fasteners, you can collect resources, build bases and hunt to the local fauna, then go to more risky PVPVE expeditions, where in addition to an aggressive environment, other survivors pose a threat. Each solution affects the development of the character, and the dynamic weather system can make unexpected changes in the course of events.

In Lost Rift, a flexible base designer is available to players, which allows you to build fortifications and create the necessary infrastructure. However, even a well -prepared camp does not guarantee security: the archipelago is full of abnormal weather phenomena, such as hurricanes and fires that can destroy shelter and complicate the movement. In the evacuation mode, the rates are especially high – it is necessary not only to get valuable resources, but also to be able to leave the zone, ahead of the rivals and avoiding deadly traps of the environment.
