Reissue of Skyrim with fishing and mods will be released for new consoles

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Bethesda will release a special edition for consoles and PC. Among the advantages are support for content from the Creation Club, versions for next-generation consoles and fishing. The release is already this November.

Two things last forever: Grand Theft Auto V and Skyrim. Todd Howard wants to re-release the fifth part of The Elder Scrolls again, this time with Creation Club support and for next-generation consoles. The developers also emphasized the ability to fish, which they added after 10 years. As for the graphics, it will remain at the level of Skyrim: Special Edition.

Users Reddit notice that previous editions of Skyrim are already available with backward support on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5. On the plus side: Anniversary Edition buyers will receive three free mods from the Creation Club:

  • Fishing
  • Survival mode
  • New tasks

The additions are also part of the new reissue. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition will be released on November 11th on PC, old and new generation consoles.
