A mobile RPG called Revived Witch is being made for China. The game is made in a medieval fantasy setting. The beginning is intriguing – we play as a certain sorceress who runs to a huge tower (similar to Babylonian) to epic orchestral music and in 2.5D. The project is with hieroglyphs, so it is difficult to understand the plot. TapTap states that we will travel through space and time. This is done in order to connect memories and clear your mind.
Small locations can be freely explored, the developers have done a great job on the graphics – they are cartoonish and beautiful. The interface is laconic both during travel and in battles. Speaking of the last point, the battles are turn-based. The locations are varied: players will visit the old capital, overgrown with plants, in Tierra del Fuego and even in the skies.
Revived Witch will release on July 8th for iOS and Android. This will happen in China and possibly Southeast Asia. It will be a shareware project with all that it implies. Pre-registration can be done through TapTap… There is no information about the global version.
