During the Milan Games Week 2022 event, publisher Nacon announced TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3, a motorsport simulator. Unlike the previous two parts that were developed by KT Racing (WRC Generations), Raceward Studio (RiMS Racing) is responsible for the triquel.
TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 includes official TT 2022 content including teams, bikes, and tracks, as well as new features. The main innovation will be the “Open Roads” mode, which allows players to freely move along the 200 km of roads around the Isle of Man, finding interesting places and completing tasks, including online competitions, weekly and monthly events. In total, they promise 32 different tracks, including modern and historical ones, about 40 motorcycles and Superbike and Supersport class racers, as well as updated physics.
“After the overwhelming amount of feedback we’ve received for RiMS Racing, we’re excited to bring all of our experience to this incredible race. The development team with a huge passion for motorsports is very proud to be working on an official game that recreates this legendary race for motorcycle fans around the world,” said Marco Ponte, CEO and Creative Director of RaceWard Studio.
TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 will release in May 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
