Story line

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is the 3rd installment in the Rollercoaster Tycoon series. This time it’s not just an entertaining simulator, but also a strategy game. Here, players can create their own business, manage an amusement park, landscapes can undergo adjustments, and prices change to make visitors feel comfortable. The developers of the simulator combined a breathtaking roller coaster with a big, fun strategy element. While Roller Coaster Tycoon 3’s main features were based on henchmen, the developer of the previous two games acted only as a consultant. Now gamers can enjoy more extensive options than before. Game process

The player is given the opportunity to manage various aspects of the amusement park – build or destroy rides and decorative amenities, place shops and other facilities, manage the financial resources of the park, hire workers for the park, and keep the visitors interested by making them happy. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 has 2 main game modes: Career and Sandbox. The first career mode provides scenarios where the main goal for the gamer is to make a good impression on famous guests, and as a result gain the highest rating of the park. In each scenario, there are three target levels with classification – student, entrepreneur and tycoon. Accordingly, the higher your level, the more difficult it is to achieve a successful mission. Some of the levels are available from the beginning of the game, but there are also some that need to be unlocked by completing tasks. The second sandbox game mode invites you to build your amusement park on a large deserted area. Here the player receives unlimited funds for the construction of roller coasters. The game features CoasterCam, which allows players to ride roller coasters and other attractions, and MixMaster, which allows them to coordinate firework shows and overlay them with the game’s music. Guests here are divided into groups and, unlike previous games, the “viewer” group has gender and age differences, including children, teenagers and adults. The policy of attracting guests takes into account the time of day: teenagers are invited more at night, and families with children during the day. There is technical damage in this version of the game, but it can be fixed, and if the cars go off the rails, they only explode after a period of time, and not immediately, as before. A distinctive feature is the input of a cheat code to use the Peep Cam so that players can see the park through the eyes of an observer. The scenery of the park is divided into themes: western, horror, fantasy, prehistoric, island paradise, atlantic and adventure scenes.
