The novelty could not surpass last year’s result

Earlier this month, Samsung officially announced the long-awaited flagship smartphones Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra, and also explained why the older model is called the Note20 Ultra, and not the Note20 +.

Both devices were immediately available for pre-order in various regions of the world. According to sources from South Korea, at home, the Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra cannot yet surpass the result of last year’s flagships of the company.

Currently, 117,000 pre-orders have been issued for both smartphones, while over the same period last year, users issued 1,300 more pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy Note10 smartphones. It is worth noting that the start of sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra is scheduled for August 21, so smartphones still have time to improve their results.

Sources also confirm that the more expensive Galaxy Note20 Ultra is the most popular model, which accounted for 65% of all pre-orders. It is this model that is considered a full-fledged flagship with modern characteristics, while the Galaxy Note20 was criticized for its plastic case, a weak camera, and a lack of wireless charging.
