The game Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter or in Russian Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter is an adventure genre from the Ukrainian developers Frogwares. The release date fell on June 10, 2016, the game is presented on all popular platforms, including the PC.

The game consists of five different crimes. These are five different detective stories that the main character will have to figure out. A feature of this part was the relationship with the previous parts of the series. Crimes:

Game process

The game echoes the previous parts not only in the plot, but also in the gameplay. Preserved view from the first and third person. You can and should switch between them to fully enjoy the game. The game has two main characters: Sherlock Holmes and his eternal companion Dr. Watson. You will need to explore everything that surrounds you, communicate with interesting characters and build logical conclusions in the best traditions of the franchise. An innovation has appeared: now Sherlock Holmes can analyze the characters in more detail and “draw” a psychological portrait of the suspect and more. Also, most of the time is spent looking for clues. All clues go to the “Deduction Board”, where the player will have to connect the clues into a single tree. It became not easy and the player can end both successfully and fail.

Plot

First, we are introduced to a rejuvenated Sherlock and his lovely daughter Kate, who is friends with a country girl named Alice. The game expands on the backstory of their relationship and Alice’s origins. The protagonist meets a new client and questions him about the case. Then Sherlock goes to the streets of London, to collect more evidence.
