1. Kill the radio operator
You can find a radio operator in one of the rooms.
2. Destroy three sets of bombs

3. Kill the control tower operator
The task is not difficult. Just get rid of the specialist from the place indicated on the map.
4. Save the prisoners
If you complete one of the mission tasks, you will gain access to the underground rooms. Here you will find a cell from which you can free the prisoners.
