At the G-Star 2024 exhibition, Netmarble demonstrated its new action role-playing game MONGIL: STAR DIVE, which became the most popular broadcast, attracting more than 7,700 viewers simultaneously. The event attracted attention thanks to the participation of two second-generation members of virtual idol group Stellive, Hina Shirayuki and Lisa Akane.
The virtual performers began with a welcome speech and personal introduction before demonstrating the game’s story mode. In addition, competitions and sweepstakes were held at the Netmarble stand, where you could win branded mouse pads, plush toys and other prizes. There was also an award ceremony for the winners of the fan art competition for the game.
MONGIL: STAR DIVE is the successor to the popular Asian mobile game Monster Taming, developed by Netmarble Monster. In the game, users explore the world, tame monsters and fight, forming teams of three characters with unique skills. At G-Star 2024, the first version of the story mode was introduced, allowing players to immerse themselves in the game’s history.
