Publisher 4Divinity and developer Leap Studio have decided on the full release date for the roguelike action game Realm of Ink, which is currently in early access. Version 1.0 will be released on PC on May 26, 2026, and on the same day the project will be available for the first time to owners of PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
Along with the announcement of the release date, the authors revealed details of the collaboration with the game BlazBlue Entropy Effect from 91Act. The roster of playable characters in Realm of Ink will include Oread, who is the boss of the fourth stage of the action game. In addition, a new ink stone, two appearances for ink pets, and a set of perks will be added to the game.
Realm of Ink combines 2D graphics with traditional Chinese ink art to tell the story of swordswoman Red. Hunting a demon fox, the heroine discovers that her existence is just a text in an ancient manuscript, and now she must change the destined ending, making her way through hordes of illusory enemies.
