The publisher of Konami and the Mythril developers studio announced Suikoden Star Leap – a new mobile game in the universe of the cult JRPG SUIKODEN. The project will be released on iOS and Android in Free-to-Play format, but the exact release date has not yet been disclosed.
Suikoden Star Leap will be the first mobile game in the series to preserve the traditions of classic gameplay, but at the same time complement them with modern pixel graphics and dynamic sound accompaniment. The players are waiting for a completely new story about 108 stars of fate, which begins in the village on the shore of the lake near the scarlet lunar empire. The main character, the son of the leader of the village of Haw, along with faithful companions goes on a trip to restore the world after a tragic attack. Their destinies will intertwine with an ancient rune of changes – one of the 27 true runes that created this world.
Among the key characters is the main character himself (it is voiced by Tomokhiro), his faithful servant of Khisui (Hika Tsukisiro), a childhood friend Sirin (Fireuzu Ai), a teacher and a butler Sapur (Takuya Sato), as well as the hero’s father, the leader of the village of Ho (Akio Otsuka), hiding many secrets.
