Blizzard has launched the sixth season of Overwatch 2 multiplayer first-person shooter titled Invasion. It has added three PvE missions to the game in which players have to fight against the invading forces of Sector Zero, completing various objectives and revealing the storyline. True, for a set with missions, which also includes 1000 coins, you will have to pay $15.
A new support character named Illari has joined the roster of characters. She has the following abilities:
- As a weapon, Illari uses the Beam Cannon, which can both heal allies and deal damage to enemies.
- Summons a healing drone with 150 health.
- Pushes enemies back by jumping into the air.
- The ultimate skill allows you to hover above the ground and fire a missile that inflicts a debuff.
In addition, the developers added a new Flashpoint PvP mode with two huge maps, updated the training ground and changed the progression system.
Simultaneously with the start of the sixth season, the Overwatch 2 shooter became available on Steam. Officially, the game is not available in Russia and Belarus, but you can bypass the restriction. To do this, you need to enable VPN on your computer, start Steam and put the client on download. After that, the VPN can be disabled.
