Bandai Namco has published trailers for two characters from the upcoming Tekken 8 fighting game at once. The first of them is the already familiar Raven, who first appeared in the fifth part of the series. The second fighter named Azusena is new to the franchise.
Raven is a mysterious ninja undercover agent working for the United Nations. In the new game, he uses his signature ninjutsu style, allowing him to quickly make close contact with his opponent. The fighter is also proficient in various techniques and is able to create shadow clones to strike.
Azucena makes her debut in Tekken 8 as the first Peruvian character in the series. She is referred to as the “Coffee Queen”, as evidenced by her dialogue and the in-game title “Perfect Blend”. However, she is not only a coffee connoisseur, but is also able to take on various members of the Tekken cast using her unique dance-inspired moves.
Tekken 8 is being developed for PC and the current generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The release date is still unknown.
