The Blood will close in December 2024

Based on the popular drama, the cross-platform action game Kingdom: The Blood earned as much as 22% positive reviews on Steam, and the peak online number reached 7 people only once over the past month. Therefore, it is not surprising that the developers from ACTION SQUARE and the publisher YJM Games decided to close the project: in-game purchases will be stopped on September 10, and the shutdown of game servers will take place on December 10, 2024.

“Since launching our Steam page on January 12, 2023, we have cherished every moment spent with our community.
However, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that we are discontinuing the service for Kingdom: The Blood, as maintaining the service in its current state has become an impossible task,” the official comment from the developers.

It is worth noting that such a statement was published only for the Steam platform, and at the moment there is no information about the closure of the mobile version. However, there are suspicions that she will soon suffer the same fate.

Kingdom: The Blood is a third-person online action game about a zombie invasion in medieval Korea. The game is based on the popular South Korean drama Zombie Kingdom, which became a hit on Netflix. The project was developed on Unreal Engine 4 and offered players to fight with different types of zombies, as well as with other players in one-on-one mode.
